Tutorials are currently under development.
Tutorials demonstrating Data access and analysis via the Rubin Science Platform (RSP).
Find general information about the RSP’s Portal, Notebook, and API aspects in the RSP User Guides.
Broker tutorials are not included here, as they are provided by the individual brokers. Visit the Alerts and brokers for scientists webpage for links to broker websites.
Portal Aspect#
Interact with Prompt Products via the RSP Portal.
Notebook Aspect#
Get executable versions of these notebooks in the RSP using the “Tutorials” drop-down menu.
Prompt products tutorials#
Access, visualize, and analyze Prompt products.
Commissioning data#
Early access to observational metadata and special releases.
Broker alerts access#
Remotely access alerts via brokers, from the RSP Notebook Aspect.
MPC data access#
Remotely access Rubin asteroids via the Minor Planets Center, from the RSP Notebook Aspect.
API Aspect#
Remotely access data through the RSP’s API Aspect.
Contributing#
Anyone from across the Rubin community is welcome to suggest a tutorial, or to volunteer to work with the Rubin Community Science team to contribute a tutorial, by posting a new topic in the Rubin Community Forum’s Support category.
